methods of payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Maestro. We will not charge your card until your order is despatched, except for personalised or direct despatch items which will be charged shortly after you order.
- We accept cheques, postal orders and Blooming Marvellous vouchers by post only. Cheques should be made payable to The Marvellous Group. Please put your name and address on the back. You should allow seven days for your cheque to clear.
- All payments must be in pounds sterling.
- All overseas orders must be paid by credit card.
- Orders from outside the EU, Channel Islands and BFPO are not subject to VAT.
receipt of order confirmation
We will always send you an email acknowledging successful receipt of your order. We have a legal obligation to provide you with an electronic receipt for your transaction which you may want to file or print out to keep for future reference.
The receipt of order acknowledgment will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address. It is subject to stock availability and does not constitute a binding contract.

exchanges & returns
We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your goods within 28 days together with your receipt for an exchange or full refund.
If you do not have the receipt, we will give you an exchange or credit note at the current selling price. Any returns must be in a saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please complete the refunds and exchanges form on the back of the Dispatch Note supplied with your delivery. Then return it with your clothes (unworn) or nursery products within 28 days for a full refund or exchange as required.
- We can only take responsibility for returns which are received at our warehouse. For your own protection you should obtain a Proof of Posting from the Post Office so that you can claim from them for any lost parcel.
- We do not refund postage and packaging, or the cost of returns postage except where the return is the result of our own error.
- Please note all mail order and internet purchases must be returned to our mail order address and cannot be returned to our shops.
- Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
delivery information
- We will despatch in-stock items the next working day. Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days from despatch but during busy periods may take a little longer.
- The cost of delivery (see table below) will be added to your Order Total before your payment card details.
- Direct despatch and personalised items may take up to 28 days.
- Where items are temporarily out of stock, despatch may be delayed. We will advise you if this is likely to be more than 28 days.
- All items are subject to availability.
- Overseas orders may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.
- All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). The current full VAT rate is 17.5%. If your order is sent to within the European Community (EC) your invoice will include VAT at 17.5%. If you live outside the EC your sales tax will be zero which will be reflected in your invoice total.
- Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

- Total charge is £8.50 per address.
- Orders for in-stock items placed by 12.00 midday will be delivered the following day, Monday-Thursday. Orders placed before midday on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. All orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on
the following Tuesday.
- This service is available for most mainland UK addresses but is not available for personalised items, items with a lorry symbol and some other large items. You will be advised on whether or not your product is available for express delivery when you phone the order hotline.

Unfortunately some items will sell out more quickly than anticipated. If an item is no longer available we’ll display a sold out message. We may still have the item in other sizes or colours though and you can reset your size/colour choices (where applicable) on the product page to see if other options are available.
sold out (but with expected delivery date)
With a few items we may experience longer delivery times if stock deliveries are delayed into our warehouse. In such cases, though the item may currently be sold out, we’ll display the expected warehouse delivery date. We can put items aside for you and you will only be charged on delivery of your item. If you would like to order a sold out item that has a warehouse delivery date, just add the item to your basket in the normal way.
