write to complain. I am actually writing to say that I have received a
fantastic service from your Fulham Branch. I have always been happy with
the service and advice from my pregnancy (clothes, pregnancy belt etc)
to buying items for my son (clothes, crib etc).
I went into your Fulham branch and explained that I lost the manual of
the crib (crib bought over 1 year ago). Natassia was extremely helpful
and dealt with my issue in a very efficient and prompt manner. |
